What you’ll be doing:
The purpose of the job is to provide analytical and opportunity mapping support to the creation and delivery of thematic & geographic business development strategies (aligned to OGB’s and countries’ strategic focus).
You'll have:

- Strong verbal and written communication skills suitable for a wide range of audiences
- Proactive approach, strong ability to build relationships, and use initiative to achieve goals
- Excellent time management skills, demonstrable ability to prioritise, respond quickly and work under pressure to meet deadlines
- Critical information gathering, knowledge management and research skills
- Organisational awareness and knowledge of Oxfam’s programme work (or a similar organisational context)
- General Knowledge of International Funding Institutions donor landscape.
- Ability to analyse, consolidate and create data boards to inform for decision making.
