We at S Dynamics, looking for two Dynamics 365 CE Developers, Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) Developer is responsible for designing, customizing, and developing solutions within the Dynamics 365 CE platform to meet the business needs of the organization. They work closely with business analysts, stakeholders, and other members of the development team to implement and integrate CRM solutions that improve customer relationship management and enhance overall business processes.

Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with business analysts and stakeholders to understand business requirements and translate them into technical solutions using Dynamics 365 CE.
• Customize and configure Dynamics 365 CE to address specific business needs, including entities, forms, views, workflows, business rules, and security roles.
• Develop and implement custom plugins, custom workflows, and other server-side code to extend the functionality of Dynamics 365 CE.
• Integrate Dynamics 365 CE with other systems and applications, such as SharePoint, Office 365, or custom applications, using appropriate integration methods and tools.
• Design and implement custom reports and dashboards to provide business insights and analytics within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Perform data migration and data integration tasks, ensuring data accuracy and consistency.
• Conduct unit testing, performance testing, and troubleshooting to identify and resolve issues and bugs.
• Maintain technical documentation related to customizations, configurations, and development within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Stay up-to-date with the latest updates and features of Dynamics 365 CE and assess their potential impact on the organization's CRM solution.
• Collaborate with other members of the development team to ensure a seamless integration of Dynamics 365 CE with other applications and systems.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a Dynamics 365 CE Developer or CRM Developer with hands-on experience in customizing and extending Dynamics 365 CE.
• Proficiency in C#, .NET, JavaScript, and other relevant programming languages for custom development within Dynamics 365 CE.
• Strong understanding of Dynamics 365 CE platform capabilities, including the Common Data Service (CDS) and Power Platform.
• Experience with various Dynamics 365 CE components, such as plugins, workflows, business rules, and client scripting.
• Knowledge of data integration techniques and tools for integrating Dynamics 365 CE with other systems.
• Familiarity with Azure services and cloud-based development is a plus.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve technical issues.
• Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Microsoft Dynamics 365 CE certifications are a plus.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £28,000.00-£45,000.00 per year
