- You are somebody who is passionate about enabling globally impactful companies by identifying exceptional talent (Actor and Actress)
- You have great communication skills and thrive on connecting with people,
- You have a keen eye for spotting great actress
- You are a self starter, enjoy working autonomously and take ownership of results,
- You have a deep interest in startups and entertainment,
- You enjoy attending conferences and other corporate events to build out your network and business
- Mandarin speaker is preferred
Responsibilities:
- Source and connect our company with exceptional individuals
- Build a pipeline of talent actors and actress
- Liaise directly with company’s Talent departments, working together to educate individuals on relevant fields and keep individuals engaged ahead of the programme start date
