Requirements

• You are somebody who is passionate about enabling globally impactful companies by identifying exceptional talent (Actor and Actress)
• You have great communication skills and thrive on connecting with people,
• You have a keen eye for spotting great actress
• You are a self starter, enjoy working autonomously and take ownership of results,
• You have a deep interest in startups and entertainment,
• You enjoy attending conferences and other corporate events to build out your network and business
• Mandarin speaker is preferred

Responsibilities:

• Source and connect our company with exceptional individuals
• Build a pipeline of talent actors and actress
• Liaise directly with company’s Talent departments, working together to educate individuals on relevant fields and keep individuals engaged ahead of the programme start date

Salary: £22,000.00-£32,000.00 per year
