Title: Hi-Tech Sales with experience in IT industry

JD:
Clearly formulate a plan and strategy for penetrating into the assigned accounts & territory.
Clearly understand the client’s business & IT priorities and accordingly position Aspires offerings to clients stakeholders.
Demonstrate strategic thinking by understanding the client’s technology agenda and working with internal teams such as pre-sales, Competency and Business units to propose most suitable solutions for customers.
Manage the relationship map including identifying the key decision makers, influencers, and regular touch points within the client organization.
Constantly work towards building and increasing the sales pipeline and effectively manage the sales funnel.
Complete understanding of the clients buying and procurement processes, Vendor related processes and ensure compliance.
Regularly disseminate client engagement-related information to the internal teams supporting and servicing the account.
Oversight of existing engagements and drive the client engagement review discussions periodically.
Ensure high customer satisfaction index.
What We are Looking For
At least 2-10 years of relevant work experience.
Strong track record of hunting new business, developing a strong pipeline and ensuring repeat business within the account.
Good understanding of IT Enterprise Services and Solutions
Professional communication skills and ability to interact with the CXOs and senior managers.
Strong organization, presentation and negotiation skills.
Good Skills and experience in Pricing, negotiations, contracting and closing
Need to be a hustler with ability to thrive and be successful in a competitive marketplace.
Innovative mindset to propose new ideas and solutions.
A Bachelor's degree with relevant post-graduate/professional qualifications is desirable
Strong skills with Excel, Word and PowerPoint
Job Type: Full-time
Pay: £14,715.23-£65,737.57 per year
Ability to commute/relocate:
- London, Greater London: reliably commute or plan to relocate before starting work (required)
Experience:
- Technical Sales: 1 year (preferred)
- Hi-Tech / ISV sales: 1 year (preferred)
