• Coordinates the planning, designing, testing of maintenance procedures and contingency plans to address exposure to risk and ensure that agreed levels of continuity are maintained.
• Works with partners to ensure continuity and disaster recovery across cloud-based partner ecosystems is delivered against contractual obligations.
• Manages relationships with internal customers and act as their business partner, while taking guidance from senior colleagues.
• Supports and assess the introduction of new or changing services to ensure alignment to our policies and framework
• Recommends ways to improve support for operations by changing policies, processes standards and practices.
