Capgemini role:
- Regulatory Reporting and Project Management
- Required Skills: WEALTH MANAGEMENT, PRIVATE BANKING, TARGET OPERATING MODE, CHANGE MANAGEMENT, BUSINESS ANALYST, REGULATORY REGULATION
- Help define processes and controls around new Credit risk model.
- Enhance processes around default management processes.
- Define processes renewed.
- Risk management process based on AIRB models.
- Understanding of credit risk rating process for lending products.
- Excellent communication skills and stakeholder management up to Director level.
- Experience in business tech and operational change.
- Ideally they have worked in Regulation Change experienced of working in Private Banking
