Our public sector client is currently looking to recruit a Business Change Project Manager on an initial 3 month contract.

Northamptonshire – Hybrid
£300 - £350 per day inside IR35
The successful candidate will have previous experience delivering Business Change Projects, and ideally have had exposure to the public sector. You will be confident delivering Business Change / Transformation projects, managing end to end projects and have experience in process design / process redesign. Within the role you will take responsibility for the day to day running and delivery of the projects, resulting in new ways of working and identified business benefits being realised, will provide guidance on process redesign, will hold accountability for the planning coordination and facilitation of transformation projects and for developing capacity and capability to embed service improvement tools and techniques supporting the continuous modernisation and redesign of services.
