About the Role

Base Location: Flexible UK | We're proud to offer a Flexible First approach to work, and this role is no exception. We will, however, need your base 'home' location to be one of our SSEN offices or depots around the UK.

Working Pattern: Permanent | Full Time | Flexible First options available

Salary: £32,600 - £48,800 + performance-related bonus + a range of benefits to support your finances, wellbeing, and family.

Distribution has an ambitious and balanced plan to power communities to net-zero, and to support the delivery of this we are looking to recruit an equally ambitious Change Analyst to work with the business to deliver and embed the full scope of our transformation portfolio. The role will work with the Change team and the relevant business and project teams to ensure integrated and successful delivery of business change activities across all disciplines including:

  • Making consistent use of the change toolkit, design, develop and deliver business change deliverables in line with project lifecycle requirements.
  • With communication and engagement as a key skillset support the design, planning and execution of internal communications aligned to our transformation portfolio. Build strong and trusted relationships across the project team and wider business.
  • Supporting a productive and performance-focused way of working, encourage collaborative working with other teams, focusing on quick resolution of issues that impact on customer needs.
  • The provision of overarching portfolio administration support.
  • Taking a proactive approach to personal development, build skills and knowledge through experience and professional qualifications.

What do I need?

To be considered for this role, we would love you to have:

  • Quantitative and qualitative analytic skills to support project delivery, preferably with a relevant degree qualification e.g., business studies, project management.
  • Experience of working in an environment that demands strong customer focus.
  • Strong attention to detail with excellent communication, engagement, and networking skills.
  • Good organisational skills with the flexibility to work on multiple projects and an ability to prioritise a varied workload.
  • Outstanding presentation skills.
  • The ability to work independently or as an integral part of a team.
