WHAT TO EXPECT

PLM (Programme Lifecycle Management) is a new system being brought in by Jaguar Land Rover and Dassault Systems to replace some of the legacy systems within the company. This exciting programme will enable Jaguar Land Rover to manage product development processes from ideation to retirement, with a focus on collaboration, data management, and automation of processes, thus enabling modern luxury through an innovative, clean core, end to end integration and process simplification.

To enable the company to meet our ambitious digitalisation plans, a Business Change Management team has been established as part of the development of a class leading, high performing and best practice Transformation Organisation.


As Business Change Analyst, you’ll be part of a team which is the crucial bridge between technical delivery and companywide adoption, acting as the mechanism to maximise the value and benefit of the Manufacturing Systems programmes within the business. The team combines change management, business readiness, training and testing expertise to deliver a high-quality end user deployment experience.


The Business Change Management is accountable for managing the change and deploying the PLM programme content across Jaguar Land Rover’s global footprint.


The team is spread across multiple sites and travel between engineering and operational plants is expected. From time to time, the role will require international travel to all Jaguar Land Rover locations.


WHAT YOU’LL BE RESPONSIBLE FOR

  • Work with Business Change coordinator to Manage internal customers to deliver effective and efficient roll out, understanding key stakeholders, early adopters and end users.
  • Develop training lists and engagement plans to identify all stakeholders to ensure that they get the correct level of access and training.
  • Work with the Business Change Coordinator to understand current business processes, future state business processes and the mapping between them. Create new business process procedures.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to drive implementation of change.
  • Support the identification of anticipated resistance to programme using change management techniques.
  • Work closely with the migrations to develop post processing requirements.
  • Coordination of issues management.
  • Work closely with the technical teams, the SME’s and business change coordinators on development of the system, the training and the business processes, based on user issues.
  • Coordinate the facilitation of UAT and BPT.
  • Undertake any other work as directed by their line manager in connection with their job as may be requested.


WHAT YOU’LL NEED

Essential:

  • Experience or exposure working on transformational projects.
  • Experience of collaboration and cross functional team working.
  • Good organisational and planning skills.
  • Experience/knowledge utilising Agile practices.
  • Exposure in evaluating information gathered from multiple sources, reconcile conflicts, and distinguish user requests from the underlying true needs.
