Would you like a role at the heart of the Networks and Alliances Directorate, working across network planning, fleet planning, alliances, infrastructure and corporate strategy? We’re looking for a Business and Transformation Manager to support the Director of Networks & Alliances. The role will include owning development and delivery of the N&A Transformation Programme.
The role reports to the Director of Networks and Alliances.
Key responsibilities:
- Act as delivery agent for the Director of Networks & Alliances, co-ordinating activity across the N&A Leadership Team and broader Directorate
- Responsible for development and delivery of the N&A Transformation Programme
- Support or own adhoc projects across the Directorate as required, using subject matter expertise in airline scheduling, network / fleet planning, alliances and strategy
Key qualities we are looking for:
- Strong subject matter expertise in airline scheduling, network and fleet planning, alliances and strategy
- Strong quantitative and qualitative analytical skills to analyse complex data and make recommendations
- Management of multiple collaborators and complex information sources
- Effective working with external and internal partners
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills
