CharterHCP is seeking strong Intern candidate’s to work at our London office.
This is a general role within the team.
Responsibilities
- Conducting market and industry research
- Qualifying investment opportunities and providing a weekly sourced deal flow
- Interfacing with brokers, investment bankers and target company management teams
- Analysing financials and valuations
- Conducting company-specific due diligence and analysis
- Maintaining deal flow databases and overviews
- Experience with complex excel spreadsheets
- Experience within the Finance Sphere
- Experience reviewing valuation documents
- Experience reviewing businesses for mergers
- Conduct due diligence and financial analysis
- Performing market research and comparable analysis
- Analysing financial statements
- Creating investment memorandums and investor presentations
- Support the transactions process
- Assist in all interactions with brokers, solicitors, lenders, clients and other stakeholders
- Collation of information for funding partners, evaluation of funding options, and other ad hoc financial analysis to support strategic planning and development of new business ventures.
- Attending briefing meetings and calls when appropriate
- Data room management
