We are an established Estate Agency/Property Management company based in Central London. We are offering a Business and Administration Apprenticeship Level 3.
The successful candidate will be given full on the job training and will benefit from a wealth of experience in communicating at all levels whilst learning first hand about the property industry. This position is a fantastic opportunity for someone looking to start their professional career and develop a broad range of skill sets.
At the end of the programme, we envisage that you would be in a strong position with confidence to work and progress within the company and the property industry.
Duties include but not limited to:
- Providing administrative support to the team
- Calendar management
- Registering applicants and arranging viewings
- Managing and maintaining an accurate applicant database.
- Collecting documents for referencing and being the first port of call for any potential applicants.
- Preparing and timely issuing of tenancy agreements to all parties for signature
- Overseeing renewals of tenancies
- Dealing with the maintenance, instructing contractors for repairs
- Dealing with incoming calls & escalating queries
Please note, we require all applicants to be computer literate with good knowledge of Microsoft software. The position requires applicants to have a good command of the English language along with basic mathematical skills.
Job Types: Full-time, Apprenticeship
Salary: £10,000.00-£12,000.00 per year

- Weekend availability
