Temple Quarter (1 year Fixed Term Contract)
With a focus on digital, business and social innovation, our new £500m campus in the Enterprise Zone at Temple Quarter will deliver immense benefits to the city of Bristol and beyond and will bring together engineers, social scientists, and industry partners. Working alongside an established programme team, you will undertake a critical role in the development the business case for the second phase of the campus, ensuring that it delivers life changing opportunities to organisations, and individuals across the city of Bristol.
Both roles sit within Strategic Planning and Transformation, a division which brings together the skills and capabilities needed to define, prioritise, plan and monitor performance against the activities needed to deliver our University vision and strategy in a coherent and coordinated way; this includes leading our integrated planning process and delivery of strategic change initiatives.

What will you be doing?
- Collaborating with senior leaders, academics, students, and the wider community to drive transformative strategic delivery.
- Utilising your extensive business analysis techniques to effectively elicit and capture requirements.
- Leading the review and redesign of business and system processes, enhancing overall efficiency.
- Identifying project benefits and establishing measurable metrics for success.
- Contributing to fostering a culture of operational improvement across the university.
- Playing an active role in user acceptance testing and other essential business analysis activities.
- Taking charge of initiatives within a dynamic and evolving environment, ensuring their successful execution.
You should apply if
- Extensive expertise in business analysis techniques, gained from pivotal high-profile projects, along with recent experience collaborating with diverse stakeholders in rapidly changing contexts.
- Proven skills in planning, communication, negotiation, and influencing, including the ability to navigate complex issues, foster consensus, and engage with individuals at all organisational levels to achieve critical objectives.
- The ability to communicate both technical and non-technical aspects of Business Analysis to various stakeholders with diverse backgrounds and perspectives.
- A passion for operating in innovative, collaborative, and inclusive work environments.
- Desirable experience in enterprise-wide or multi-functional organisational design projects, spanning from conception to execution.

Contract type: x1 Open Ended & x1 Fixed Term Contract - 12 months
Work pattern: Monday - Friday, 35 hours per week.

Salary: £48,350 - £54,395
