We are looking for a top-notch Business Analyst to join our fast growing Customer Success Team to support our implementations for our UK customers.
Role Responsibilities
Project work
- Become a SME for your assigned business stream(s), deeply understanding the needs of the business and ensuring the Zinier product is configured to achieve maximum efficiency and results.
- Communicate key insights and findings to the product team.
- Identify and manage dependencies within the project.
- Identify, communicate and manage risks with the project.
- Work effectively with Tech leads and Program leads to monitor progress and ensure milestones are met (or exceeded).
- Design and document system processes.
- Define reporting and alerting requirements.
- Perform quality assurance and highlight areas of concern to dev leads.
Communication, teamwork and relationships
- Develop relationships with Zinier partners, working with them to optimise and enhance our integrations and solutions.
- Instill trust with customers, in the Zinier product, solution and people.
- Communicate effectively with all stakeholders, recognising when to escalate an issue if necessary.
- Provide data to assist decision making at senior management level.
- Help evolve internal processes by working closely with all members of the UK delivery team.
Continuous improvement for live customers
- Identify fresh business opportunities for sales/commercial to take forward.
- Report on common sources of technical issues or questions and make recommendations to the product team for universal improvements.
- Constantly seek ways to improve monitoring, UI, workflows and functionality to deliver better value to the customer.
- Work with customers to analyse data and identify areas for optimisation and cost reduction.
- Maintain and improve existing documentation.
- Lead requirements gathering sessions for change requests.
- Educate customers on support processes and in identifying whether a reported issue is a bug or a change request.
Role Requirements
- Ability to communicate effectively at all levels
- Proficient in the use of Excel, Google Sheets, Google Docs, SmartSheets
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with excellent attention to detail
- Knowledge of project management tools and techniques
- Experience with project management/administration
- Knowledge of Agile and JIRA
- Experience with APIs and able to quickly learn new systems and tools, and interrogate them when required
- Must be able to work under own initiative and seek out opportunities to learn and develop independently
- Confidence in leading remote meetings via Google Meet and Teams
