Business Analyst Manager (Remote) - £60,000-£70,000+ Superb Benefits
My client are a leading Housing Association who do a lot of work in Social Regeneration and Charitable Projects. Currently they are going through a really exciting Transformation Program to streamline the business and improve the systems.
The company have launched a programme of Transformation Projects, comprising of strategic implementations across diverse business units covering both B2B and B2C operations. With multiple projects planned they are vastly increasing their team of both Project Managers and Business Analysts and hence this role has come available for a Business Analyst Manager to lead a team of up to 20 Business Analysts.
As the new Business Analyst Manager you will lead in best practice implementation of Business Analyst practices across the group. You will lead a team to develop best practice principles and methods within the organisation. You will ensure best practice frameworks and implemented including TOGAF, BPMN, and BCS and provide mentoring and development for a growing Business Analyst team.
On a daily basis the Business Analyst Manager will be responsible for:
- Develop and embed a BA toolkit, using a variety of thinking principles; Lean, Agile, and UK thinking to foster a culture of Continuous improvement
- Lead in defining the approach to the analysis and design phases of Projects/Programmes
- Co-ordinate, structure and lead a team of BAs, including coaching, career development and continual improvement of methods
- Plan and coordinate the allocation of BA resources to support projects
- Provide technical expertise across requirement elicitation, process analysis, stakeholder management, data analysis etc
To be considered for this brand new role of Business Analyst Manager you should have prior experience in analysis management or analysis practice management. You need to have a broad range of industry best practices in business analysis and business architecture. Ideally you will have some evidence of professional accreditations such as ISEB/BCS or IIBA.
