We have several Business Analyst, Perm, and contract roles working with our prestigious Life Science client portfolio, covering Pharmaceutical, Healthcare and Life Science. Working with our clients Research and Development teams, Clinical Trial Teams and Drug Development teams, the Business Analyst will gather requirements, deliver gap analysis against proposed technologies within Agile Framework as well as ensuring compliance with our engagement methodology.
Working from home most of the time, with travel to client site in London as needed. The idea applicant should have recent pharmaceutical experience, with proven business analysis experience gained across a variety of projects, strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills with exposure to Agile, business change and transformation projects.

- Gather technical requirements to help solve some of the most exciting problems for our clients and help to translate requirements into documented criteria and deliverables.
- Manage the business requirements through the product/project lifecycle.
- Support the Product Owner, collecting requests from End Uses and translating into Epic and Story structure.
Additional requirements:
- Deliver gap analysis against proposed technologies within Agile framework.
- Assist with the scoping and planning of client projects.
- Be involved with the end-to-end business change impact assessments covering business processes/ system application landscape / data / organisation design in conjunction with stakeholders.
- Ensure compliance with our engagement methodology.
- Manage and co-ordinate business analysts or vendors / suppliers input in the overall requirements.
- Proactively engage with immediate project team members, and wider consulting teams, to facilitate effective teamworking, create collaborative outcomes and support knowledge sharing
- Demonstrable prior work experience working as a Management Consultant or as a Business Analyst in industry and will have led workstreams.
- Must have experience in requirements gathering and working on technology projects (both Agile and Waterfall)
- Experience on the IT side of projects as well as a good understanding of Software Development Lifecycle (SDLC) and Agile methodologies for both business focused and IT projects.
- Scrum Master or Product Owner experience / certification is advantageous.
- Used to engaging suppliers and vendors to validate and define requirements.
- Confident when dealing with stakeholders of all levels and management of conflict/conflicting priorities.
- Ability to understand client challenges and translate these into solutions.
- A commitment to continuing to develop both personally and professionally.
- Experience in conducting business analysis in a Life Sciences environment (particularly R&D), of Agile validation and using Jira all desirable / a plus.
Hybrid working will be required in this role. You will be expected to travel as per our client requirement.
