Job description
We are looking for an Business Analyst to join the well-established ESNEFT Robotic Process Automation (RPA) team.
You will work as part of the Digital Automation Team, which is accountable for the architectural design, development, testing and supports all aspects of Intelligent Robotic Process Automation (RPA) within ESNEFT. The RPA team is responsible for delivering and supporting the RPA platform and surrounding environment, as well as upholding RPA capabilities for consistent delivery of automation design, development and solution implementation.
This role involves the specification, development and use of system automations, taking part in frequent meetings and stand-ups. This role will provide you with continuous work and training support opportunities and there will be regular mentor sessions for the entire period which will ensure that your work meets the requirements of the RPA programme.
We will provide training in Intelligent RPA software, enabling you to broaden your technology horizons in a cutting-edge and fast-moving technology discipline.

Key elements of this role include:
- Using business process modelling in describing how organisation carries out its internal processes.
- The hierarchy of process models and techniques for description including skills required for support change.
- Modelling core business processes both at an organisational level and at the process level, showing all elements involved from triggering events to process endpoints.
- Documenting and analysing tasks.
- The use of gap analysis in improving business processes.
- Understanding and interpreting high complex user stories.
- Partaking in technical discussions with team members.
- Liaising with clinicians and administrators to resolve technical queries.

- To undertake training as necessary and work towards development targets as agreed.
- To undertake Blue Prism automation software training.
- To take part in the technical discovery of automation solutions by way of evaluating existing business processes.
- Critical evaluation of business processes, requirement gathering, discovering value added opportunities and preparing automation solutions for development.
- To perform improved troubleshooting to help eliminate technical blockades during automation development process.
- Work with the team to maintain the day-to-day operation of the automation platform, including system upgrade change management and subsequent solution testing.
- Assist the development team with configuration and exception resolution of automations.
- Dealing with external and internal queries, this may include providing complex or sensitive non-clinical information.
- Maintain working relationships with colleagues to facilitate team building and effective delivery.
- Liaising with software suppliers or third parties, raising tickets and escalating issues.
