Roles & Responsibilities:

• The individual will be responsible to support the current Domain Consulting Partner in the delivery of consulting engagements within the client account
• Delivering consulting engagements from SoW to final report out
• Working with business stakeholders to identify process and technology issues
• Business requirements gathering
• Business Process Modelling
• Conduct gap analysis and gap analysis report outs
• Use Case Modelling
• Development and delivery of recommendations for change
• Support the wider Wipro team in delivery of recommendations
• Creation and implementation of business cases
• Work with stakeholders at all levels of the business to support engagements and help establish and develop relationships
• Work with the wider Wipro team in the client account to identify and develop opportunities for new business through to the point of sale
• Responsible to share the roadmap for business change and define next steps to deploy the roadmap
• Actively investigate operational processes, issues and risks to identify and suggest IT and operational process improvement solutions
• Work on training material
• Responsible for nurturing and mentoring junior business analysts.
• Responsible to coordinate with Project/Program Managers in delivery and talent decisions

• Business Analysis experience and must have extensive Insurance industry knowledge
• Should have worked as a Domain Consultant in the Insurance Domain
• Should have prior experience in IT Business Analysis
• General Insurance knowledge, across all business functions including direct experience of working for or with insurance clients
• Excellent Process Modelling and Documentation Skills (BRD, SRS, Use Cases)
• Capable of documenting requirements in industry best practice formats
• Excellent communication skills
