As a Business Analyst Graduate you will be responsible for:
- Analyse elements of TrustFord to identify areas of improvement in every area.
- Identify areas of the business that need improvement or updating, and then identifying and recommending solutions.
- Look for efficiencies in reporting process / production
- Undertake intense research and deep analysis to support strategy and decision – making processes.
- Investigate company activities to make them more efficient.
- Test systems and makes appropriate recommendations.
- Document, record and communicate findings and recommendations, as necessary.
- Identify new technologies and manage the implementation in the most effective manner.
- To have high levels of integrity and objectivity.
- Be an analytic thinker, and able to interrogate and analyse evidence effectively.
Essential Skills & Experience
- Use of Microsoft Excel
- Experience and understanding of SQL
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Good report writing skills
- Good Communication skills (both verbal and written)
- Excellent attention to detail.
- Evidence of a sound understanding of business analytics.
- Relevant business management qualifications.

This is a Hybrid role working on site and also from home (the first 6 months during probation will be worked from the office full time)
