In this interesting and diverse role, you will serve as the liaison between IAM technical team and application teams/business end-users.
Responsibilities:
- Facilitating elicitation sessions with the client to determine business requirements, validate design, and produce specifications for any new/change to technology application/initiative.
- Work with internal clients around the world to create/deploy new IAM platforms
- Opportunity to make an impact to how Deloitte does Identity and Access Management by working with senior team members to set strategy and provide guidance to member firms
- Working on different IAM projects, you will represent the IAM technology team to application teams/business and identify issues/risks and plan for mitigation.
- Using your business analyst skills to synthesize stakeholder requirements and align with roadmap features to create features, user stories, and acceptance test criteria

Essential:
- Experience in Business Analyst and/or Quality Control role
- Proficiency in data analysis, process reengineering, project planning and communication skills
- Expert knowledge of Microsoft products (work, excel, power point)
- Proven ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritize
- Negotiation and facilitation skills
- Up to 5% travel required
Desirable:
- College graduate or equivalent work experience
- IIBA (International Institute of Business Analysis) certifications or equivalent
- Experience with Azure DevOps and Visio

Personal independence

We are subject to a number of audit regulations, one of which requires that certain colleagues abide by specific personal independence constraints.
