Business Analyst
Due to ongoing and sustained growth, we have exciting opportunities for a business analyst living in the UK and wanting to permanently work remotely (although some on-site client meetings should be expected from time to time).
As one of our business analysts, you will be responsible for helping our clients to identify their requirements and suggesting some too. To do this you must have a passion for business operations; a sharp mind and a keen eye for detail. We work across a multitude of business sectors so your breadth of knowledge and experience is just as important as the depth.
You will work within our development team delivering high quality, non-technical requirements documents that clearly communicate our understanding of their business and contain a detailed description of the software solution we are proposing to build for them to deliver those requirements.
The requirement documents also form part of the requirements for the developer(s) who you will work closely with to deliver a solution that meets or exceeds the client’s expectations.

We're a client facing business and so you will need to communicate with customers over various channels including face to face. Customer relationships are very important to us and keeping customers informed of progress is just as important as delivering the work itself.
We work remotely (and have done for years) yet we collaborate a lot so you'll be expected to help others to complete their work and seek help from others when you need it too. This extends to an ongoing commitment to learning, with old and new technologies willingly learned as necessary to perform well in the role and new knowledge keenly shared with your colleagues.
Required Experience
- Digital experience and background as a BA.
- Project management ranging from small changes to large scale transformations.
- Comfortable and confident working independently
- Strong Stakeholder management skills including leading scoping meetings and workshops with clients, and handover and training of completed work units.
- Good written and verbal communication skills
Desired Experience
- Experience in providing business analysis services in a commercial consultancy environment.
- Any software design or testing experience.
