Business Analyst – Agile – Insurance – RPA – CX – UX – Human Centred Design
An established global insurance client is looking for a Business Analyst to join their Retail transformation programme on a 12-month fixed term contract.
The Claims team have a vision to transform the way they serve their customers and so the Business Analyst will play a critical role working alongside the Programme Manager and operational managers to understand the outcomes they need and translate them into actionable and realistic requirements to support their delivery.
They operate on a flexible working pattern which is mostly home based with ad hoc travel to their London office which is currently once a quarter. This travel is expensed by the company. If you do prefer to visit an office more regularly they have many offices dotted across the UK which you can utilise for workspace.

What you will have:
- Proven experience of working on large scale programmes within financial services (ideally insurance).
- Experience applying Human Centred design experience (Stanford U / British Design Council) e.g., Empathy mapping, persona development, actor mapping.
- Working in SAFE or other agile framework to support breaking work into manageable features.
- Can demonstrate experience rapidly modelling using a range of analysis techniques e.g., Rich Picture, BPMN, Service blueprints, Customer Journey maps, Entity Relationship diagrams.
- Experience working with Robotic process automation is preferable.
- Able to adapt and reprioritise quickly to ensure that any emerging risks are appropriately managed.
