Business Analyst ( E-Commerce )

PRINCIPAL RESPONSIBILITIES
- Transforming e-commerce data into operational insights.
- Conduct competitor analysis to identify industry trends, best practices, and potential areas for improvement.
- Creating e-commerce solutions with the help of marketing and IT staff.
- Advising multiple business stakeholders on e-commerce-related challenges.
- Provide regular updates to stakeholders on project status, risks, and opportunities.
- Proactively identify issues, bottlenecks, and process gaps, and recommend solutions.
- Identify opportunities for website optimization, customer journey enhancements, and conversion rate optimization
- Determining the company's e-commerce goals and Key performance indicators.
- Collect, analyze, and interpret data from various sources, including web analytics, customer behavior, market trends, and sales performance.
- Generate reports, dashboards, and visualizations to communicate findings and insights to stakeholders
- Collaborate with stakeholders to define business requirements for new features, functionalities, and system integrations.
- Document detailed functional specifications, use cases, and user stories.
- Support the development and testing teams throughout the project lifecycle.
- Analyze customer behavior and interactions across multiple touch points to improve the user experience and drive customer satisfaction and loyalty.
- Wide e-commerce techniques are being implemented to support our corporate growth targets.
Experience and Qualifications (Desirable):
- At Least 2 years’ relevant experience in digital economies and e-commerce.
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Economics, Computer Science, or a related field. A Master's degree is a plus.
- Strong attention to detail and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks.
- Actively participate in internal projects to optimize and scale the service.
- An effective communicator and team player.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively collaborate with cross-functional teams.
- Gather and Understanding of the customer requirement
- Troubleshooting, assistance, and problem resolution.
- Understanding of UX/UI principles and user-centered design methodologies.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools, such as Google Analytics, Adobe Analytics, or similar.
- In-depth understanding of e-commerce principles, online retail trends, and best practices. Familiarity with e-commerce platforms, technologies, and digital marketing strategies.
- In-depth understanding of web-analytic tools, such as Google Analytics, Heap, Oracle, and OWOX BI.
- Project management experience and familiarity with Agile methodologies.
- Being able to focus data analytics insights on the end user.
Salary
The position offers an annual gross salary from GBP 30000 to 40000 depending on experience
