We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Business Analyst to join our team to help support and deliver change projects and process improvement activities.

The qualities you'll bring

You’ll have strong problem-solving abilities, with a strategic mindset and a keen eye for detail.

You’ll have experience of process modelling, tools and techniques to capture as is business process and make recommendations for improvements and new ways of working.

Your skills, abilities and experience should include:

  • Experience translating and analysing business requirements and priorities into a well-formed business case for change and proposing solutions that meet business needs
  • Experience leading and facilitating the capturing of business change (process and service) requirements from senior stakeholders and sponsors
  • Experience analysing data to identify root-cause issues
  • Excellent problem-solving skills
  • Experience in process mapping and analysis
  • Knowledge of change management approaches
  • Confidence in challenging and improving organisational processes where these impact productivity
  • You’ll be educated to SCQF Level 8 or have relevant skills and experience working as a business analyst at a senior level

Ideally, but not essentially, you’ll also have:

  • Experience using Process modelling, data modelling tools and libraries
  • Experience in project management
  • Experience of delivering digital and data transformation

Although you can choose to work from home or from any of our offices in Scotland, we believe in the power of collaboration, so you'll need to visit our Glasgow office at least twice a month.
