The Role
This is an exciting opportunity for an experienced and collaborative Business Analyst to join our growing team and help define and develop an array of products. You will be working with one of our clients as the main point of contact for feature requests and will play a pivotal role in the overall success of the product".
As a Business Analyst at xDesign you will be responsible for:
- Working with clients and product teams to understand the "what" and then collaborating with the internal design and engineering teams to determine the "how"
- Understanding target customer needs, translating those needs into requirements, and working in collaboration with developers, QA, designers, and delivery managers
- Ensuring clear communication of the requirements across the team, contributing to the prioritisation of features and bugs, and managing client feedback
- Keeping on top of any changing requirements and ensuring the team and client retain a clear understanding of the end-product

What you'll be doing:
- Uncovering, shaping and documenting requirements for upcoming features with stakeholders and development teams.
- Facilitating pragmatic decision-making and product discussions, both internally and externally
- Managing the backlogs for projects that are in active development or have entered a maintenance phase
- Experience conducting workshops and business process mapping sessions
- Managing and facilitating solutions for emergent product issues during active development
- Building a strong pipeline of work for a development team.
- Actively manage stakeholders and work collaboratively with cross functional teams to deliver high quality solutions.
Requirements:
- Have experience working as a Business Analyst in fast paced environment
- Have strong analytical and problem solving skills
- Have experience of using techniques such as User Story mapping to capture requirements
- Have experience in working with cross functional teams in an Agile environment.
- Have experience working on web and/or mobile applications
- Be comfortable working in an autonomous environment and prioritising shifting workloads
- Be a bright problem solver and bring energy and enthusiasm to the workplace
- Be proactive in seeking answers to enable efficient delivery of solutions
