Business Analyst - Business & Process Improvement
Location: Newbury (Blended home working)

Hours: Full time (37.5 hours per week – Mon to Fri)

What will you be doing?
As a Business Analyst , you will take a key role in ensuring the Network Development (ND) department deploys more infrastructure, in less time, by improving processes and surpassing quality targets.
You will run and contribute to a range of improvement forums and initiatives, cooperating with Network Development teams, Partners, Suppliers, Vendors, and other parts of Vodafone. This will cover areas such as Mobile and Fibre infrastructure delivery, Logistics, ways of working, Purchase Order, Network Configuration, Integration and Performance, Data, Tools and Systems.
Who are we looking for?
For this role we are looking for the following skills and attributes :
Attention to detail, tenacious discovery skills.- Comfortable with complexity and ambiguity, with good problem-solving skills
- Familiar with Telecoms IT and Network architecture, with particular focus on Network Configuration, Integration and Performance and the flow of data between tools and systems, necessary to achieve these.
- Experience in simplifying and improving processes and standard operating procedures, building relationships and aware of dependencies
- Experience in business requirements elicitation, documentation, and management. Adept in documenting work instructions and procedures
- Excellent stakeholder management and collaboration skills
- Experience of modelling processes in process such as management tool, such as Signavio, ARIS, Viso
