What you'll do

Broadband Product Development: Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams, including hardware, software, and industrial design, to drive the development and improvement of our Broadband Product portfolio.
Requirement Gathering and Analysis:
Analyze and synthesize this information to provide accurate and reliable estimates, facilitating decision-making processes for project prioritization.
Stakeholder Engagement: Cultivate effective communication and collaboration with partners, including internal teams, executives, and external partners.
Continuous Improvement: Actively give to process improvement initiatives, suggesting enhancements, and implementing standard processes.

What you'll bring

Validated experience as a Business Analyst, preferably in the telecommunications industry or with a focus on broadband products.
Solid understanding of broadband technology, industry trends, and market dynamics.
Excellent analytical skills, to gather and interpret data from various sources.
Conducting requirement gathering sessions and translating business needs into concrete plans.
Outstanding communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to engage with collaborators at all levels.
Meticulous and highly organized, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.

Your office space

[Osterley

Our Osterley Campus is a 10-minute walk from Syon Lane train station. Or you can hop on one of our free shuttle buses that run to and from Osterley, Gunnersbury, Ealing Broadway and South Ealing tube stations. There are also plenty of bike shelters and showers.

On campus, you’ll find 13 subsidised restaurants, cafes, and a Waitrose. You can keep in shape at our subsidised gym, catch the latest shows and movies at our cinema, get your car washed, and even get pampered at our beauty salon.

Brentwood

This location takes some beating: we’re practically in Brentwood station, which has regular trains to London Liverpool Street. If you find it easier to drive, there’s some onsite parking, while Chatham Way car park is a short walk away.
