Business Change Analyst x2
Fixed Term Contract for 12 Months
About the role
We are looking to appoint business change analysts to the Customer Access Solution project team.
The role will require working closely with the Highways, Waste, Parks and environment teams in the creation of public facing services available via the Wirral website.
You will be responsible for capturing current back-office procedures and workflows that are initiated from customer requests made via forms on the Wirral website. From these you will collaborate with the service officers, and you will produce documentation to develop and suggest improvements to the procedures and workflows.
You will work with a project manager and developers to create the solutions upon the new customer platform using your analysis output. You will be responsible for the communications, testing and obtaining signoff for products leading to a successful live operation.

About the candidate
We are looking for someone who can demonstrate working experience in the analysis, design and documentation of business functions. Your experience should include working with services to deliver improvements.
Experience of working with IT developers to deliver web solutions would be desirable.
Having knowledge and understanding of at least one of the service areas would be an advantage.
You will need to show a successful track record of using logical thinking and process improvement.
You will be able to demonstrate good communication skills and the ability to use computer tools for effective communication. Experience with leading groups, training sessions or workshops would be desirable.
A requirement for this role is the ability to work with minimum supervision to deliver the work outputs within the project schedule.
Above all you will be looking to improve the customer experience for Wirral citizens and our services back-office staff.
