Job Purpose
We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team within IT. The role will work closely with the business, and is responsible for analysing, recommending and defining business requirements to implement new business models and enhance existing processes, products and service.

We are looking for a Business Analyst to join our Business Systems team within IT. The role will work closely with the business, and is responsible for analysing, recommending and defining business requirements to implement new business models and enhance existing processes, products and service.
Main Responsibilities
- Defines project delivery schedule with IT PM and Business Partners
- Analyses business processes, products, services and IT solutions, recommending new models and areas to improve in line with the Project objectives and scope
- Identifies opportunities to improve the current business model designing potential solutions to any problems identified during the research phase
- Prepares and delivers business / technology change proposals to Stakeholders, Project Manager with comprehensive risk and impact assessment
- Builds and maintains relationships with internal IT Teams and 3rd party suppliers delivery teams to deliver projects and ensures solutions meet the requirements
- Oversees implementation of approved process improvements across the business group and IT
- Develops end-to-end test cases to deliver robust applications and services
- Carries out training sessions, workshops and quality checks to guide relevant teams
- Creates and maintains RAID logs identifying risks / issues and risk management options
- Utilises Company best practices and methodologies across business engagement, project management and development
- A proven Business Analysis background
- Excellent understanding of IT Processes and associated skills.
- Agile and Waterfall development methodologies
- Proven experience of managing a multi project portfolio
- Excellent communicator at all levels and the ability to influence at a senior level
- Strong organisation skills, often juggling multiple priorities
- Broad project experience across IT
- Ideally previous experience in Retail, Logistics, FMCG, Manufacturing or CPG
