Job description
Whitworths are the UK’s leader in dried fruits, nuts and seeds and we have the ambition to become the UK’s best loved healthier, tastier food brand. To achieve our ambition, we recognise the importance of the data that we have and the need to use this to best effect and to this end, we are currently recruiting for a Business Analyst to join our IT / IS Department.
This role will focus on creating new, developing existing and maintaining business processes and management information, using our ERP system and Qlik Sense Reporting software to meet our ongoing business needs.
As our Business Analyst, you will work closely with Functional Directors and key IFS users, (our ERP system) to
- Understand our business processes and creating documentation to support these
- Create documentation that supports recommendations for new applications and then create these new applications.
- Train and support the user base to enable self service
