We are currently hiring a Business Analyst who will be missioned with helping clients realize the value of their investment in Ventiv technologies and solutions across all product lines. They advise clients on successful product adoption and utilization leveraging Ventiv methodologies, best practices and knowledge sharing across the professional services group.

In this role you must have deep technical understanding of Ventiv products and continually engage with Ventiv development to architect optimal and future-proof solutions. Underpinned by strong consulting skills, this role can distil complex business requirements down to the essential project/technical requirements while also providing advisory guidance throughout the implementation process. Once a project is deployed, the business analyst will utilize their knowledge sharing skills to empower the customer success team to better service clients through their Ventiv journey.

This role is hybrid out of our London or Paris office.

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Understand client’s business process and provide consultative advice and direction to streamline operations and ensure best fit for Ventiv product and services.
  • Lead client requirements gathering sessions / workshops.
  • Gathering functional and non-functional requirements
  • Creating business requirement documents for all client customizations including software changes, interfaces, and reports
  • Mapping of client custom data conversions, validate data, and perform issues resolution with client
  • Validating requirements using test plans, test scripts or test scenarios with client interaction
  • Collaborating with team and technical parties to meet business objective
  • Architect functional and technical solutions to address client needs ensuring long term client objectives, acceptance criteria and client success factors are aligned
  • Building relationships, and becoming a trusted advisor to both decision makers and influencers
  • Establish and maintain a continuous level of communication with clients and other project stakeholders while clearly managing expectations.
  • Continual learning and understanding of Ventiv products
  • Alignment with product team to provide insights on product roadmaps
  • Partake in release UAT across products ensuring feedback loop with product and development
  • Utilize detailed understanding of Ventiv products and services methodologies to apply within customer engagements.
  • Promote knowledge sharing and act as a mentor throughout the Professional Services team.
  • Successfully plan, organize, and manage all tasks, project decisions, escalations, and prioritizations of an engagement less than $25K one-time cost to ensure customer satisfaction
  • Assist in RFP and presales activity (pricing and project plans) and development of Statement of Work (SOW)
  • Identify, escalate, and resolve project issues, problems, and changes in scope. Ensure all project deliverables are completed on time, within budget, and with the highest level of quality.
  • Review of pricing models ensuring a sound methodology on hour estimation
  • Stays up to date on industry evolution; circulate best practices

REQUIREMENTS:

  • Bachelor’s Degree or equivalent experience
  • 3+ years of insurance experience (finance experience is considered)
  • Fluent in English and French
  • 3+ years in software implementation and technical consulting
  • Basic SQL knowledge
  • Basic knowledge of scripting language (ie. Java, ect)
  • Strong communication (written & verbal), organizational, interpersonal, problem solving, negotiation, multi-tasking, and follow through skills.
  • Strong consulting skills to be able to distil complex business requirements and communicate to differing audiences.
  • The ability to work hybrid out of London or Paris

PREFERENCES:

  • SaaS industry experience
  • Experience with Risk Management, Safety, and Claims

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: From £46,995.00 per year

Schedule:

  • Monday to Friday

Supplemental pay types:
