This post is full time and permanent, working 35 hours per week.
Information Systems and Support (ISS) delivers a comprehensive portfolio of ICT services to the University’s user community of 20,000 students and staff across our London campuses.
Our team is growing as we further develop our digital environment and as part of this we are looking to expand and develop the ISS Team, with more than £40 million investment planned over the next 5 years. Join us and become part of a dynamic, growing and innovative team.
As a Business Analyst, you will play a key role in leading and engaging with key stakeholders across the organisation, delivering credible change proposals, process improvements and feasibility assessments as we continue to drive forward in new ways of working to improve our student and staff experience.
You will be work across the Digital Transformation portfolio, working closely with Project Management, Technical & Business change colleagues to align business needs and requirements. You will also contribute to the development of an internal Business Analysis framework, in line with industry best practice and within the context of an evolving and maturing PMO and emerging Enterprise Architecture capability.
Experience
- Experience as a Business Analyst across an enterprise environment.
- Experience of working across both Agile and Waterfall environments.
- An ability to build and maintain collaborative relationships across organisational boundaries and stakeholder groups including internal and external partners to enable the successful delivery of complex projects.
- Experience of writing formal documentation for a range of project stakeholders at varying levels of seniority.
- High level, proven inter-personal and communication skills are essential, as is the ability to lead, motivate and inspire teams of project and operational professionals.
- Business Analysis Foundation certification is highly desirable.
