About the Role:

*Please note this is a 3 Month FTC*
Do you have process and functional business analysis knowledge?

As a Business Analyst, you will play a key part in the co-operation and liaison with all internal support teams for the successful implementation of new knowledge bases.

Your responsibilities will include:
  • Creation of process maps, scripts, procedures and knowledge articles for resolution of common colleague queries and issues
  • Working with our digital content creators to build the knowledge base on the selected technology
  • Driving a culture of Continual Service Improvement, to ensure that all lessons learned and best are practices are captured and shared to drive the implementation and transition to go live
  • Establish procedures and scripts to be used by SME’s to assist with call handling
  • Accountability for the identification, management and reporting of risks during the service transition

This role is part of a team based from our Head Office in Warwick, with a mix of working from home and in the office, you will need to be able to travel into the office on certain days.

About You:

To be successful in this role you will need:
  • Management experience, with relevant process and functional business analysis knowledge.
  • Experience in negotiation and influencing stakeholders
  • Experience of a Digital workplace platform is desirable.
  • ITSM tool, e.g. ServiceNow, experience.
