You'll love what you do and take pride in delighting our guests:
- You will be working closely with People and Culture, Finance and all HoD’s to proactively support the maximisation labour productivity in all departments as well as helping maximise F&B profitability in conjunction with the Procurement and F&B Cost control department, by developing a set of weekly and monthly reports such as individual profitability of products and services sold, product portfolio matrix to each outlet and wastage of products bought and utilised in the production of dishes.
- You will ensure that overtime and lieu time is pre-approved on a weekly basis via the appropriate tools and to highlight any discrepancy to forecast to the relevant Executive to follow up.
- You will develop a policy for requesting temporary agencies request and to report any discrepancies on a weekly basis .
