What is the role?
- You will be supporting the Operations Director and the executive team.
- You will help to execute the next phase of The Affinity Group’s success roadmap. This might include everything from learning how to simplify processes to documenting the data flow into a dashboard used by the executive team.
- You will be responsible for the delivery of their reporting process, deal with external partners, and ensure that data is clean, understood, and available to teams across the group.
- You will be using Excel, Asana, Senta, SQL Server, and Microsoft PowerBI extensively to deliver reporting across the entire spectrum of this growing business.
Responsibilities?
- Experience in writing user stories, modelling processes, and documenting requirements
- Ability to clearly articulate business requirements through superb written and verbal skills, including a high degree of collaboration
- Good knowledge of technology, including web or mobile solutions
- Excellent interpersonal and stakeholder management skills
- Agile delivery knowledge to execute projects and analyses.
- Proven experience of working as a Business Analyst for 2-5+ years
- Weekly, monthly and quarterly operational reporting, including KPIs, management information, HR, phone metrics and CRM software.
- A proven track record of delivery on both large software development projects including systems and technical changes, as well as smaller individual changes
- CRM configuration, development and integration with other software to support the digital innovation, efficiency and effectiveness across the business.
- Experience of working with internal and external third-party development teams
- Ability to facilitate and manage workshops and meetings (virtual or in-person)
- Experience of working in Accountancy, the Financial Services or regulatory Industries (preferred not essential)
How will your success be defined?
- Your ability to take on the quarterly reporting and data management processes will be the key measure of success. This includes moving and managing data, but also the people and process steps that are involved.
- Presenting documentation on key business processes to the executive team and improving the experience of reporting for their teams will also be a part of your success.
- Sharing expertise through articles, roundtables, or industry events – they have developed a strong reputation for digital innovation and would love to see you continue to grow their reach.
Job Type: Full-time
Salary: £40,000.00 per year
