Responsibilities:
- Engage directly with SMB B2B clients to understand their business needs, goals, and challenges.
- Conduct comprehensive analysis of client requirements, processes, and workflows to identify opportunities for improvement and efficiency.
- Collaborate closely with clients, product managers, and development teams to gather and document business requirements, ensuring clear and effective communication.
- Translate client needs into functional specifications and user stories, serving as a liaison between technical and non-technical teams.
- Analyze data and generate insights to support strategic decision-making and drive improvements in our SMB B2B solutions.
- Stay informed about market trends and best practices in the SMB B2B sector, providing valuable input for product enhancements and innovation.
- Assist in user acceptance testing (UAT) and contribute to quality assurance processes to ensure client satisfaction and product excellence.
- Continuously monitor and evaluate the performance and effectiveness of implemented solutions, proactively identifying areas for improvement and driving client success.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Computer Science, or a related field.
- Proven experience as a Business Analyst, preferably working directly with SMB B2B clients.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to understand complex client requirements and propose effective solutions.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with clients and internal teams.
- Solid understanding of the SMB B2B market, its dynamics, and the specific challenges faced by small and medium-sized businesses.
- Proficiency in data analysis and visualization tools
- Experienced in both waterfall and agile
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills to manage multiple client engagements and priorities effectively.
