Job description
You will be a problem solver who,for example, investigates an issue or area of weakness within an organisation,analyses solutions,and helps facilitate the change that’s needed!
How will I spend my time in this role?
- Support the Business Analysts in understanding and refining the complex needs of stakeholders;
- Support team members to ensure requirements accurately align with the business needs and goals;
- Support the development of User Stories and the creation of Process Models detailing As Is and To Be;
- Assisting with the sign off on project requirements, user stories and process flow models;
- Support end-to-end user testing to ensure the agreed requirements are delivered;
- Support the facilitation of workshops to elicit requirements from a range of stakeholders;
- Participate with prioritisation and traceability of requirements;
- Creates documentation and information that can be used by the company for future training, development, and support activities post-delivery of the solution;
- Follows the Business Analysis best practice within the IT and Change community;
- Provides support on the use and updating of existing methods and tools;
- Gains knowledge of SEL Business, IT and the energy industry.
What skills/experience do I need to be considered?
- Knowledge of how Smartest Energy works and our processes;
- Has experience of Office Suite e.g. MS Office;
- Time management;
- Able to problem solve;
- Experience of analysing business problems and/or business opportunities;
- Ideally provided previously recommendations for improvements.
