Responsible for the delivery of consultancy services to Simplify clients. Role encompasses providing change delivery capability to client engagements. The role holder will be an experienced Business Analyst capable of operating as a Consultant across change disciplines and playing a key role in all elements of the consulting value chain.
Responsibilities
•Support and lead consultancy engagements with Simplify clients, providing change delivery capabilities. This will include, but not limited to plan definition, tracking and reporting.
•Work closely with client stakeholders to assure engagement delivery and influence decision making to achieve the desired outcomes.
•Understand business transformation initiatives across product, process, technology and people and articulate them comprehensively in written and verbal form.
•Develop as-is and to-be process maps, identifying process improvement opportunities and be able to assess the complexity, costs and benefits of delivering the enhancements.
•Write business requirements in a consistent way in order to enhance systems and processes.
•Facilitate workshops with stakeholders to elicit requirements and understand processes bothremotely and face to face.
•Operate both in the detail and strategically to identify strengths and weaknesses in business operating models.
•Bring process mapping methodology and expertise to engagements and manage a team in delivering to the standards set out.
•Analyse data and MI to influence and inform decision making.
•Work on internal initiatives bringing project rigour and experience to progressing activities that enhance the Simplify proposition.
•Provide thought leadership and insight based on your knowledge of wealth technology,
products and process.
•Support Simplify’s corporate social responsibility commitments, including charity fund raising activities.
Experience
•Experienced change professional with success in delivering complex initiatives within wealth businesses with a background in business analysis or similar.
•Understanding of delivery methodologies (Waterfall, Agile etc.) and how and when to apply them.
•Strong understanding of business processes and how technology supports business change.
•Excellent attention to detail, time management and organisation skills.
•Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills with the ability to present information professionally and confidently.
•Ability to work both collaboratively and independently to produce high quality outputs.
•Ability to use own initiative with a pro-active mindset, identifying, escalating and resolving issues.
•Wealth industry knowledge including technology, products and processes.
•Minimum 5 years' experience of working in business analysis/change within the wealth industry.

Salary: £45,000.00-£65,000.00 per year
