We are looking for an Assitant Managing Director to join our team which if successful, will be promoted to Managing Director.
We are a fast-growing, leading manufacturing and sales firm in the luxury goods industry.
We provide bespoke solutions to integrate TVs into any kind of design to commercial and private use.
Due to significant growth in our sector, an opportunity has arisen for an experienced General Manager to join our team.
This role is ideal for sales-focused individuals seeking their next challenge.
Demonstrable competency in strategic planning and business development
We are looking for a General Manager with senior management experience in the manufacturing and selling of Luxury Goods to lead our manufacturing and sales teams to hit annual KPI's.
The ideal candidate will have great organisational and communication skills, together with a proactive attitude.
You will be full of energy and have the ability to bring profitable ideas to life while supporting and encouraging our sales and production teams to be involved and motivated.
You should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills coupled with exceptional verbal and written communication skills which are centred around a customer mindset.
You should have leadership experience in the areas of managing and developing client relationships and in the areas of developing and mentoring staff.
You welcome feedback on your own performance in order to drive your own development, whilst thriving under pressure.
You can develop internal and external networks through personal contacts and be proactive in attending and suggesting marketing opportunities.
Significant work has already been undertaken on branding and strategy, and we are now looking for someone to complete and deliver on our vision for this company.
Be able to demonstrate experience in developing strategic business and marketing plans, budgets and forecasting.

The successful candidate must have experience in both sales and operations.
Salary: 50K OTE
