Business Analyst (Dublin, CA)

We are growing and looking for a Business Analyst. The ideal candidate is highly curious, analytical and passionate about using data analytics to make a business impact. He/She will partner closely with his/her peers in analytics, product, marketing and engineering teams across the company to help drive a deeper understanding of our business and identify opportunities for growth. He/She will assist stakeholders with analytics, reporting, and tell stories through dashboards and ad hoc solutions.

Our corporate offices are in Dublin, CA and we offer a hybrid work environment with some days at the corporate offices and some days working from home.

Responsibilities to include

• Consult with stakeholders to understand business needs and lead development of BI/analytical solutions based on available data
• Design and develop automated dashboards, reports and visualizations to measure performance of key metrics against operational goals and initiatives
• Conduct deep data analysis to identify patterns, uncover insights and transform them into actionable insights
• Communicate analytical insights and recommendations to technical as well as non-technical audiences
• Be a team player and work cross-functionally with product, marketing, and other teams to uncover data insights to identify new opportunities and help drive business growth
• Help improve the quality and accessibility of our data and Business Intelligence infrastructure

Experience

• 1-3 years’ experience with business intelligence/visualization tools (e.g. Looker, Tableau, Amazon Quicksight)
• Solid working knowledge of SQL, with experience in writing queries for large complex data sets
• Highly analytical with strong problem-solving skills
• High level of intellectual curiosity
• Proficiency in Excel or Google Sheets
• Ability to execute, prioritize and manage time across different projects
• Strong communication and collaboration skills

Preferred Experience

• Experience in any web analytics tool (e.g. Adobe Analytics, Google Analytics etc.)
• Fintech experience
• Ability to develop compelling data visualizations
• Familiarity/experience in Data science/machine learning

Base Salary

The annual base salary for this position is between $90,000.00 and $100,000.00 depending upon experience.
