Job Purpose
To proactively deliver high-quality and comprehensive business support to the Russell Partnership Collection Team. You will work alongside an existing Business Support Assistant, Senior Business Support, and Head of Business Support. You will report to your line manager: Senior Business Support.
Your role will be wide-ranging and supportive of both strategic and creative aspects of business support.

Roles and Responsibilities
General Business Support
- Act as a point of contact for external enquiries and the offsite team, taking calls, assessing priorities, re-directing enquiries and requests as necessary
- International and national travel and accommodation co-ordination
- Support team by providing a business support presence at appropriate client meetings and events, acting as host where required
- Submit monthly expense reports
- Deliver research and general administrative project support as required
- Development and maintenance of policies, procedures, training, and awareness
- Internal digital security
- Supporting point of contact for IT Provider
- Maintain GDPR and cyber security processes
- Supporting RP Foundation including research, communication and community engagement
- Support with Therme RPC and Therme Connect processes and client engagement where appropriate and required
Managing Facilities
- Care of office premises (opening, closing, general maintenance, watering the garden and managing facilities)
- Historical building housekeeping (Grade II* listed barn)
- Liaising with contractors
- Health and Safety support working alongside Senior Business Support and Head of Business Support
- Ordering stationery and office supplies
Proposals and Reports
- Creation, development and innovation of proposals, reports, and presentations
- Development of proposal and report templates, ensuring updates are maintained
- Digital file management
- Proof reading
Proactive Marketing Support
- Update and maintain CRM systems
- Write and distribute internal communications i.e., updates and newsletters
- Maintain and support company social media accounts
- Conference and events organisation, including communications
- Support website administration including maintenance and updates

Qualifications and Experience
Essential
- Minimum 5 years’ experience in an office administration role
- Excellent/Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite and computer software
- Excellent/Advanced and creative Microsoft PowerPoint knowledge
- Good written and oral communication skills
- Personable, able to work well in a small team, a relationship builder
- An eye for design style and high-quality delivery
- Ability to work under own initiative and manage personal workload
- Ability to work under pressure ensuring deadlines are met
- Excellent organisational and time-management skills
- Competence in booking flights and accommodation
- Familiarity with office equipment including printers
Beneficial
- Relevant professional qualification in IT and Administration
- Relevant catering/foodservice or technology industry interest or experience
- Document and database management experience
- Experience with Adobe InDesign
