We have an exciting opening to work in our Strategy & Transformation team as a Business Analyst for up to 24 months working on a very exciting programme.
This is a fantastic opportunity for someone who is able to provide expert business analysis services supporting business decisions that enable change and digital transformation.
Although the position is primarily working from home, there will be the opportunity to visit our Animal Centres across the country to really get a feel for the organisation, and its people.
Whats involved?
Working with stakeholders at all levels you will be required to deliver services aligned to the following experience:
- Requirements, Stakeholder, and Data Analysis
- Enterprise Analysis/ TOM
- Business Change
- Process Analysis
- Business Architecture
- Business trials, proof of concepts and pilots
About you
We think this is a great role and to add value we are seeking a match of these skills, but don't worry if you don't tick every box, we'd still love to hear from you.
- Experience of working in a Business Analysis role with exposure of full life-cycle project work
- Experience of working on business led, rather than technically driven, projects
- Professional certification in Business Analysis such as the BCS Diploma in Business Analysis or IIBA Certificate of Capability (CCBA)
- Strong technical business analysis skills
- Strong communicator, who can build effective working relationships at all levels of the organisation
