A fantastic opportunity has arisen for a Business Analyst to join our Change Team, to support the business through the implementation and management of change, working with business stakeholders, subject matter experts and our Digital/IT team to gather and document business process requirements. Responsibility for operational readiness activities will also be a key aspect of the role, supporting the transition and embedding of new process into ‘business as usual’.


The successful candidate will have extensive experience as a Business Analyst in transformational, change-oriented businesses, and once on board provide a crucial link between the customer and end user requirements, development, testing and implementation.


The Opportunity:


As Business Analyst, you will perform as a key member of the Change team, gaining a full understanding of the business process requirements, both strategically and operationally.


Duties include:


  • Supporting the Change function by adhering to Change Management best practices and processes including documentation and governance.
  • Establishing and maintaining relationships with key internal stakeholders and third party suppliers to inform new and existing business requirements.
  • Documenting existing and developing new processes across the business to meet business need, aligned to the scope of each project, programme or change initiative.
  • Identifying benefits measures and implementing methods to baseline and measure ongoing benefits.
  • Providing design authority for data models and structures, as appropriate.
  • Identifying, documenting and tracking issues, risks and risk owners.
  • Providing guidance on best practice design standards.
  • Managing the end-to-end life cycle of changes including the preparation and execution of testing.
  • Occasionally delivering training of any changes being delivered to the business.


Required skills and qualifications:


We are looking for a confident communicator, someone who makes sense of complex ideas and conveys them to others in a way that is easy to understand.


Essential skills include:


  • Extensive experience in a business analyst or change role.
  • Experience implementing change.
  • Experience of end-to-end change delivery and customer journey mapping.
  • Business Process mapping, requirements gathering and capture, experience of writing user stories.
  • Strong stakeholder engagement.
  • Problem-solving and analytically minded.
  • Third Party Supplier relationship building.
  • Project management skills.
  • Strong academics, including undergraduate degree level qualification or equivalent.


Desirable skills include:


  • Exposure to Salesforce and the supporting data infrastructure.
  • Experience of delivering change in the legal industry.
  • Business Analysis qualifications.
