About the role
The successful candidate will take ownership for delivering detailed business designs, processes and functionality that support the business needs to the agreed timescales and quality.
We’re looking for someone that others will seek guidance and support from, who will bring fresh ideas and perspectives to the way we work. Someone who can handle complex or uncertain situations and find their way through them using their skills and techniques and adapting to drive results.
We are passionate about building positive relationships and leveraging these to achieve good business outcomes.
Key responsibilities
You will have analysis responsibility for large and/or complex change initiatives across project areas or within an agile squad.
Work closely with internal and external stakeholders to investigate operational issues, problems, and opportunities.
Identify technological and operational process improvement opportunities across project areas.
Analyse processes and data to identify opportunities for improvements.
Document business requirements and ensuring source traceability whilst adhering to specific group standards.
Active involvement in our BA community; contributing to development of best practice and continuous evolution of the role.
Maintain knowledge and skills within area of specialism, where appropriate.
Criteria
Advanced experience in analytical and problem-solving skills.
Advanced in the use of a variety of business analysis techniques, tools, and standards.
Proficient understanding of business structure and key business principles.
Have strong interpersonal skills to establish and maintain relationships.
Experienced in managing own workload and supporting colleagues.
The ability to communicate effectively, both in verbal and written format.
Proficient knowledge and understanding of their specialism (where appropriate).

Our Alderley Park office is situated in 400 acres of natural parkland, based 2.2 miles south of Alderley Edge and 6.5 miles from Macclesfield in our newly refurbished site.
