About the team
The Commercial Technology Team (CTT) exists to accelerate innovation and commercialise technology ventures at PwC. Our multidisciplinary teams combine a diverse set of skills and experience to discover and deliver new digital products and services.
The CTT is a team within Tech Central. As a Business Analyst in Tech Central you will find yourself immersed in the world of problem solving. As we develop and build products & solutions to meet our customers needs complex situations always occur and you will be at the forefront of analysing & creating solutions.
Job Skills
As a Business Analyst your role will be to act as a key interface between the Business Architecture Team, the project/product team(s) and end user communities. You will be responsible for articulating problems and processes in ways understood by all stakeholders across the business to enable our delivery teams to deliver transformation, whether that be through building of new or reuse of existing assets.
Key Responsibilities
Investigation into complex and ambiguous problems and or opportunities to seek the root cause/underlying issues, digesting & translating business & technical information quickly and able to present a high level overview to suit the audience.
Inquisitive mindset asking ‘why’ using a range of analysis techniques suitable for the environment and stakeholders.
Facilitate and lead stakeholder meetings and workshops in a confident manner, driving momentum and ensuing each stakeholder is fairly represented.
As Is, To Be process mapping and gap analysis using relevant tools and techniques, identifying pain points from different personas.
Confident in analysis of data to support evidence based root cause analysis and to inform decision making
Related expertise
Effectively and efficiently manage the definition and analysis of business requirements with an appreciation of technical and data perspectives.
Knowledge of Business Analysis frameworks & techniques, ideally with relevant certification (e.g. BCS).
Experience working across a range of functions and / or industries.
