Role: Business Analyst
Type: Permanent
Salary: £40-60k + Bonus

Hybrid – 2 days per week

We are hiring for an experience Business Analyst to join a UK team to support their drive for ongoing delivery excellent.
As a BA you will have experience working with both internal and external clients and be able to lead all activity required. This will include running of workshops, scoping activity, requirements gathering and process mapping / to be modelling.
Required Experience:
Minimum of 5 years' experience in a comparable position
Proficient in handling both internal and external clients
Comprehensive knowledge of Agile practices
Capable of ensuring adherence to Agile standards, including high-quality user story definition
Collaborate with internal Quality Assurance teams
A self-motivated individual who can work independently to propel requirements-gathering processes
Strong communication skills
Skilled in using Agile tools such as Jira, Confluence, Miro, and Lucid
Experience in managing requirements from elicitation to delivery
Comfortable operating in a setting where you are responsible rather than delegating tasks.
