Description
- Continual connection and communication with Sales, Customer Service, Credit, Procurement, Engineering, Operations, Transportation, Accounting, and other departments to ensure daily procedures are conducted in a timely and accurate manner
- Sales/margin analysis of customers and products to identify trends and concerns with a propensity for action
- Modeling new sales opportunities of customer and products for profitability and growth expectations
- Forecasting revenue by product line for short-term and long-term expectations
- Annual budget leader for revenue and margin expectations
- Creating, tracking, and reporting annual incentive plans for the sales representatives
- Administering and maintaining the Salesforce CRM software to support the sale team
- Track and report on quarterly and annual volume rebate programs for the Outdoor Living business
- Daily price/margin decision-making and pricing administration in Oracle for incoming orders
- New customer and product set-ups in Oracle, and process coordination
- Product inventory reporting and analysis, to monitor product needs for new orders, as well as excess
- Ad-Hoc analysis to support sales and financial objectives

- Strong Excel skillset, financial modeling, and business acumen
- Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to work collaboratively, take initiative, and see projects through to completion
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Able to establish effective working relationships with all levels to successfully influence and innovate
