About the role
Do you have a passion for analysing business problems and opportunities? Can you guide stakeholders to develop business processes which support their needs efficiently?
Are you a strong facilitator who can deal with ambiguity and translate business needs into solutions?
NCFE is a looking for a Business Analyst to support a dynamic and growing PMO team. As a Business Analyst you will play a key role in supporting NCFE to deliver our strategic and business objectives. You’ll work closely with key business stakeholders to identify business needs, defining and documenting business process and requirements. You’ll develop options and recommendations based on high quality insight to drive effective decision making and support stakeholders through the project lifecycle.
We’d love to hear from you if you have the following key skills and experience:
- Experience and knowledge within both an IT and non-IT environment to support with the success of project delivery.
- Experience of using a variety of techniques to define business need and elicit business requirements, translating these into technical and non-technical requirements.
- Data focused to enable validation of business needs and project outcomes, working alongside PMO colleagues to drive recommendations and progress.
- Solution focused and comfortable working in an environment that demands solid deliverables.
- Experience of Lean techniques and Six sigma tools is a plus but not essential.

This role requires hybrid working therefore you will need to be within travel distance of Head Office to ensure you can work from the office a minimum of once per month/as required for essential workshops and meetings.
