Job description

We are seeking an experienced Business Analyst to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for providing business analysis and reporting, forecasting and budgeting, and providing financial guidance to the management team. The Business Analyst will work closely with the accounting team and will collaborate with other departments to provide analysis and insight on business operations.

Key Responsibilities:

· Analyze data from various sources to identify trends and business opportunities related to the company's Infrastructure.

· Deliver effective Business Intelligence (BI) to provide valuable foresight and decision support.

· Collaborate with each department to gather business requirements and recommend solutions that improve the efficiency and functionality of finance, operations and other parts of the organization.

· Assist with the development of financial strategies to support business objectives and identify opportunities to improve overall performance.

· Develop and maintain financial reporting systems and procedures to ensure accurate and timely financial reporting

· Collaborate with other departments to provide financial analysis and insights into business operations

· Provide ad-hoc analysis requirements as needed.

Qualifications:

· Bachelor's degree in finance, accounting, or a related field

· 2+ years of experience in financial analysis, preferably in the manufacturing sector

· 2+ years of experience in problem solving through statistical analysis or with large data sets

· Advanced knowledge of financial analysis and reporting techniques

· Strong understanding of accounting principles and financial statements

· Excellent analytical, problem-solving, and critical thinking skills

· Strong communication and interpersonal skills

· Ability to work independently and as part of a team

· Attention to detail and accuracy

· Understanding of Business Intelligence (BI) reporting tools required

· Spreadsheet and ERP system experience is ideal, but not required

· Advanced or power-user MS Excel skills

Job Type: Full-time

Salary: $75,000.00-$90,000.00 per year
