Position Summary

Max Energy Ltd is looking for a motivated, experienced Business Support person to join our team.

This role is one of assisting and supporting the Director, National Sales Manager and the Business Development Team; maintaining, and updating our web content, CRM system, along with producing and delivering e-shot literature and regular social media updates, there is also elements of sales support regarding contract/order reviews and supporting the Team with the management of projects.

Key to your success will be an ability to quickly build trust and understand the company’s sales and administration needs and requirements.

This position would suit someone who has a pro-active approach, drive, enthusiasm, integrity, attention to detail and customer focus all of which are essential to achieve our company goal.

· Provide support for the Director and National Sales Manager

· Ensure high quality administration and support is provided at all times

· Support the team with the management of projects, gathering information and undertaking enquires as and when is necessary

· Support and work alongside the Business Development Team

· Manage annual leave diary/update Director & National Sales Manager Diaries

· Collate weekly/monthly sales reports along with site meeting notes

· Assist with the management of the CRM system

· Assist in the update of our web content

· Produce and deliver e-shot literature

· Track and report on e-shot campaigns

· Assist in the management of social media feed Facebook, Twitter, LinkedIn

· Use PowerPoint and Word to support presentations for internal and external use

· Complete customer Pre-Qualifying Questionnaires

· Produce Health & Safety packs for customers and the Business Development Team

· Contract/order pre-approval review

· Attend quarterly Sales Meetings, with the potential for over night stays

· Strictly adhere to all Health and Safety procedures and ensure that the working environment is practical for both yourself and others

· Any other reasonable duties commensurate with the post, which may be allocated from time to time.

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Salary: £25,000.00-£28,000.00 per year
